Are there any accommodation options?
Local Accommodation Options
Yes! You can camp for the full 3 days to get the most out of your festival experience. For onsite camping, please book via Eventbrite and select the weekend with camping ticket options, you will need 1 ticket for every attendee age 7 and over.
If camping's not for you, you can find a great variety of local B&Bs, Airbnbs and hotels in the area. Here's a selection with availability to get you started.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
My ticket hasn't arrived
Do you offer refunds if I can't attend?
Tickets for The Nostalgia Show will be made available at the entrance unless sold out online prior to the event. We strongly recommend booking tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
All tickets are electronically sent to you, via your Eventbrite account - no physical tickets will be sent out.
Please show your e-tickets or a print from Eventbrite on your phone on arrival.
Refunds cannot be given if the event is cancelled for reasons out of the organiser's control.
Re-sale of tickets is not advised, however under special circumstances, we will be able to change the name on a ticket and reissue it, please get in touch if you would like to discuss this. Matching tickets and ID are required for entry to the festival.
Can I Bring My Dog(s)?
Err yes please!
Yes, please! We welcome all well-behaved dogs; in fact, we would absolutely love it if your four-legged friends joined, so they could take part in our amazingly fun Dog Show!
There are a few ground rules if you do decide to bring a furry friend, all dogs must always stay with their owners, and litter must be disposed of immediately. Please be respectful of other dog owners and also those without dogs (especially any young children).
If you wish to participate in Saturday and Sundays Dog Shows, the shows take place both days at the Village Green in the afternoon. Please check our line up for times.
What Food and Drink will be available?
Bringing your own food & drink
There will be a fine selection of food trucks providing some awesome food and hot/cold beverages to enjoy - to see the full list of providers please visit our Line Up section of the website.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink (including alcohol) into the camping area, however we DO NOT permit you to bring any alcohol to the festival area. Bags will be checked by security. There will be an excellent bar selling a great variety of alcoholic beverages at reasonable rates.
Soft drinks and your own picnic foods are welcome into the festival area.
Is the event suitable for wheelchair users?
Is there accessible parking available?
Disabled Parking is available near the showground entrance. This is a grass area; however, hard standing drop off & pick up is possible if required, please ask for assistance on arrival. Please be aware that the showground is on grass, although level, which can be restrictive for wheelchair users. There are gravel pathways within the show area.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide hire wheelchairs.
We welcome people of all abilities to the festival. However, please note that the terrain, whilst relatively flat, is uneven. If you have any questions, the team will be happy to help in any way we can: email@example.com.
Can I Bring my Classic Car?
Most definitely. Please contact us with details of your vehicle along with photographs.

Here's a quick checklist of the most important items to remember (in our opinion):
Your dancing shoes!
A camping chair or picnic blanket
Your dog (if you have one)
Any amazing outfits you can get your hands on!
An umbrella (just in case)
Suncream & a hat
